CryoRedi are cell-based assays based on the Redistribution® technology using frozen cells. CryoRedi are ready-to-use cryopreserved cells which can be thawed, plated and used directly in high content analysis applications, including profiling and screening studies.

 Performance comparison between cells in culture and CryoRedi frozen cells in a panel of Redistribution assays. Correlation between EC 50s of reference compound in cells in culture versus CryoRedi cells in 16 Redistribution Assays. With CryoRedi cells you can go straight to the screening or profiling phase without first having to go through the long process of cell culture. We provide you with the amount of cells you need, when you need them. From small off-the-shelf aliquots to customized scale-up productions for large screens, you can use the cells upon receiving them or store them in liquid nitrogen until you are ready. The cells have not been chemically treated or irradiated which could induce unwanted side effects such as stress or apoptotic responses. Each CryoRedi assay has been QC validated and compared with fresh cells to ensure they provide the same performance.
Ordering Information
CryoRedi cells are available in 3 different unit sizes dependent on your volume needs: Units for 1x96 wells (minimum purchase is 10 units), 5x96-wells or 10x96-wells. Our list of validated CryoRedi assays is continuously growing.
