We can develop custom Redistribution® assays which meet your specific needs. These assays are ready-to-use in your own facilities or can be used as part of our profiling or screening services.
We will work closely with you to evaluate the project?s feasibility. Parameters which are considered include the choice of:
- Molecular target
- Host cell line
- Agonist vs. antagonist format
- Reference compounds
- Performance criteria
If a project appears feasible, we will propose a development and validation plan and provide associated costs and time lines for the project. We will keep close contact with you throughout the assay development process and provide you with a report upon completion of each milestone phase which will allow you to make a go no-go decision. Upon completion of your project you will receive a detailed report describing the assay and a validated protocol ready-to-use.
