We offer high throughput, high content screening services for identification of compounds active at relevant therapeutic targets in a cellular context. You can select a Redistribution® assay from our current portfolio of validated assays or we can develop a custom assay based on a novel target of your choice.
We have extensive experience with compound screening and operate several high throughput, high content analysis systems, with liquid handling robotic equipment for plate preparation, automated data analysis and report generation capabilities. Projects range from small scale secondary screens to primary screens of up to 300,000 compounds. We deliver a detailed screening report upon completion of the services.
Our screening service includes:
- Running screen in 96-well or 384-well format depending on library size
- Single determinations in large screens. Duplicate or triplicate determinations can be performed in smaller screens
- Detailed report with screening data, including screening QC, statistics, and hit-progression
